Do you limit the time allowed in your vaults?

During busy periods, we regulate the number of customers on our premises, and at times you may be asked to wait. Additionally, to accommodate as many customers as possible and minimise wait times, we may implement a maximum stay of 15 minutes in our vaults during these peak times.
