Reducing The Spread of Respiratory Infection Including COVID-19

We continue to adopt a cautious strategy regarding the potential spread of respiratory infections including COVID-19, prioritising the safety of both our employees and customers.

Key Points:

  1. Customers or contractors, either suffering symptoms described in the latest NHS advice or who are self-isolating, should not under any circumstances visit our offices.
  2. If you are wearing a face mask, you will be asked to briefly remove it, in order for employees to identify you.
  3. During busy periods, we regulate the number of customers on our premises, and at times you may be asked to wait.
  4. To accommodate as many customers as possible and minimise wait times, we may implement a maximum stay of 15 minutes in our vaults during these peak times.
  5. To avoid waiting, please do not renew your account at our offices as priority is given to appointments and managing access to our vaults for customers. Please pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card by telephone for more information click here. Cash is not accepted.
  6. Our offices are cleaned and sanitised daily using approved products. Our employees are supplementing the cleaning by regularly wiping down surfaces with approved disinfectant wipes and sprays. This also includes sanitising our card/biometric readers regularly during the day.
  7. Please use the Hand Gels and sanitisers provided in the reception area, before and after using the card/biometric readers.
  8. We operate ‘by appointment’ only for all account servicing requests. This includes, but is not limited to, new sales, upgrades/downgrades, additional users, and other account changes. Unfortunately, we cannot attend to any servicing requests without an appointment.
