How do I pay for my safe deposit box?

Please pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card by telephone.

  • To pay by bank transfer, please click here for the Chiswick office bank details, here for the Knightsbridge Office bank details, or here for the St Johns Wood office bank details.
  • To pay by Debit/Credit card please contact the Chiswick office on 020 3928 2828, the Knightsbridge office on 020 7581 1212 or the St Johns Wood office on 020 7722 2222. Please make sure you have your invoice number or box number available when contacting our offices.

Payment at our Offices

We strongly recommend that you pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card by telephone to avoid any waiting. Whilst we accept payments at our offices by credit/debit cards only (not cash), priority is always given to customer appointments and customers requiring assistance. We will not accept any payments after 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 4.00pm on Saturdays and 3.00pm on Sundays.

We issue payment acknowledgements or receipted invoices upon request only.

For reasons of data protection and security we will not send by post or email any customer credit/debit card receipts.
