How do I pay for my safe deposit box?

Please do not renew your account at our offices. Please pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card by telephone.

Alternatively, to pay by Debit/Credit please contact the Chiswick office on 020 3928 2828, the Knightsbridge office on 020 7581 1212 or the St Johns Wood office on 020 7722 2222.

We do not accept payment by cash any longer.

Please note that we only issue payment acknowledgements or receipted invoices upon request.

For reasons of data protection and security we will not send by post or email any customer credit card receipt. We will send you a payment acknowledgment or receipted invoice upon request.
