Unidentified Payments

If a payment is received from an unknown source or if the payment reference cannot be matched to your account, we may not be able to allocate the funds immediately. In such cases, we require satisfactory supporting documentation before proceeding. This may include:

  • A bank statement or payment confirmation clearly showing the name of the account holder from which the payment was made
  • A signed declaration confirming the relationship between you and the third party (if applicable)
  • Any other documentation verifying the legitimacy and intended purpose of the funds
  • Until such documentation is received and reviewed, the payment may be held or returned in accordance with our compliance obligations.
